RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. 
• Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
• Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

Returning or Exchanging pieces of your Order: 
We are happy to provide you with a full refund or exchange for goods (excluding the shipping charge if it is not due to an error on our end) in their original condition provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.


Damaged Items: 
If your item was damaged upon receiving it, please contact me with a photo of the product and packing materials within 7 days of receiving it and I can refund you or send you a replacement.


Customized Orders, Digital Downloads, and Custom Original Art: 
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for customized, personalized, or digital items.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
